YOUR INFORMATION

When you make a purchase from Reading Retreats Australia (RRA), as part of the buying and selling process, we may store the personal information you provide us, including your name, address and email address. When visiting the RRA website, RRA may also receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address. 

In relation to direct email marketing, with your permission, RRA may send you emails about RRA, including new retreats, products, and/or other updates. RRA will only collect your personal information that is reasonably necessary for us to conduct business.

CONSENT

When you submit personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, RRA implies that you consent to RRA collecting that information, for that specific reason only. If RRA asks for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as direct email marketing, RRA will expressly seek your permission to do so or provide an option to decline. 

If after opting in to receive communications from RRA, you may withdraw your consent for RRA to contact you, and for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting RRA at sarah@readingretreatsaustralia.com.au. 

DISCLOSURE

RRA may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service. Under no other circumstances will RRA disclose personal information. 

To protect your personal information, RRA takes reasonable precautions and follows industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

RRA reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their publication. If RRA makes changes or updates to this policy, notifications will be provided so that you are aware of what information RRA collects and under what circumstances, if any, RRA will use and/or disclose it.
