We're Katie and Emily. We own and run Betty Loves Books in Newcastle NSW, a beautiful independent bookstore specialising in a curated selection of new release books.

We focus on great reads both local and international, and we love introducing readers to a diverse selection of options. We also offer a great selection of second-hand books, kids books and our own brand of small batch loose leaf tea.

We love talking to our customers about books, run 2 book clubs and have a book of the month subscription. Between the two of us we read widely based on what we get in store but also what we love, we're constantly talking about books with our friends, family and anyone who will listen, and we can't wait talk with you too.
