During the cooler months, join us in the Hunter Valley at the beautiful private homestead, Bimbadeen Mountain Retreat. Bimbadeen boasts multiple living spaces, generous outdoor space (including a spa!), beautiful private bedrooms, and views to die for.

Set on 55 mountain acres our property is located just minutes from local wineries in the immediate surrounds, as well as the centers of Pokolbin and Lovedale. ​The property was lovingly hand-crafted by its original owner. Just minutes from beautiful Berry, incredible beaches, wineries and the mountains, the property is set on 2.5 acres and surrounded by farmland and lush greenery. It comes with stunning private rooms, al fresco dining areas, peaceful living areas, and a beautiful swimming pool to lounge by and soak up the sun while you read.

In the Blue Mountains, we welcome you to The Carrington Hotel in historic Katoomba. Restored to its former grandeur, the heritage-listed Carrington celebrates a bygone era. As Australia’s oldest remaining resort-style hotel, no two rooms are configured alike, but they're all cosy, charming and gorgeous! Just the way us bookworms like it. Join us as we explore the Blue Mountains Book Shop Trail and high tea at the Hydro Majestic. 

We've also stayed at Lorn Rose Farm. As seen in Country Style Magazine and Farmer Wants a Wife, the beautiful, private homestead of Lorn Rose Farm is magical in every way. Set on a beautiful 10 acre flower farm nestled between the banks of the Hunter River and local farmland in the Hunter Valley NSW, our summer venue has grounds to explore and a pool to laze the day away-with a good book, of course.
